Click here to download the Beaumont Branch Group Fitness Schedule Class Descriptions Body Sculpt-Build upper and lower body muscular endurance and strength through the use of weights, bands, tubes, and your own body weight. Get the muscular definition you've been looking for and the strength you need.Cardio Jam-A blend of different types of cardio (including, but not limited to, step, cardio ball, hi-lo, and kick-boxing.)Circuit City & Cardio City-A well-rounded workout that includes cardio and muscle conditioning. This class focuses on toning muscles and adds heart-pumping cardio intervals for maximum results. Class may be conducted as a group or in individual stations allowing you to work at your own pace.Kick-N-Dance-Kick, jab, punch, and dance your way to a leaner you in this class that is guaranteed to burn maximum calories!Power Core-If you struggle with balance issues and a weak core, this class is for you. Instructors use balls and bands to help you stabilize your center of gravity all while toning your major muscle groups.Senior Cardio-A fun floor cardio routine designed to be easy on the joints and promised to be fun for all ages.Senior Flexibility & Balance-This class will help you become more flexible all while learning to perfectly balance your body.Senior Strength-Participating in this class will help you strengthen your muscles and improve your range of motion.Step & Sculpt-A fun cardio step routine followed by or alternated with muscle conditioning exercises.Sweet-N-Low-Join in on a fun, rejuvenating workout. This class will help you forget your cares of the week. This routine is easy on the joints and easy to learn. Class includes a mixture of all our senior classes.Yoga-This class is designed to enhance vitality, well-being, and a toned body. The class focuses on strength, flexibility, balance, breathing, posture, and stress reduction. |
